While the article does a commendable job summarizing the rise and fall of great empires, Ive got to question why the Gupta Empire was left out? Surely, their significant contribution to mathematics and astronomy, and their influence on Indian culture warrants a mention? Seems like a significant oversight to me. What do you guys think?
